10am-11am - The White Paper - Liberating the NHS, what it means in St. Helens 

11am –12pm Personalisation from a service provider viewpoint, including directory of resources and "Citizens Portal" for service users.

2pm - 3pm Long Term Conditions: possible care pathways for long-term conditions such as diabetes, COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, i.e. lung diseases) and hypertension.
